I would use staff abilities to make sure that all members of the community feel like they belong at all times and would try to settle any arguments amongst players in the farest way possible. I would also make sure that staff motivation is up and that all members of the staff would be doing their jobs properly, and even help to solve communication problems that might occur between members of staff, even though non-staff users problems would take priority to make sure that they know what they are doing etc.

i would like to be mod because i want to help the players and keep getting more players. i will use my (mod powers) to help anywone and i will keep doing my best to get more players in. i will try my best.

Anyways I help out alot ii give stuff away for free give the noobs stuff there ask for help i would help them tell them where to train where to go and where to get stuff where to get armor and where to go on this page ill do anything to help out people that need help when they need me ill be there when they need a admin ill get on if there have a guy pissing them of ill talk to him/her ill be one of the nicest people's of the game

jamie i think that so to it will reck the economy of the server. u dont just go around giving people ags and stuff
but you have help with server liek new players

This isn't the sort of thing a member of staff would do, a normal player should be doing this kind of thing anyway. And if the server is an economy based server you could quite possibly ruin the eco by giving free stuff to people. Its not my decision, but thats what I think.
